Paul McIntee from Obsidian Consulting has been looking at literacy and numeracy in the East of England and found the statistics talked about in Government, Education and the press intriguing. What do these statistics mean? Does it matter to business? Is there anything that business people could do collectively or as individuals? Paul has some thoughts on these questions which he will share - as well as posing other questions.
