Brett trained in Switzerland, has worked in a number of fine European hotels and has over 35 years experience of wine, running a successful wine bar and bistro for 27 years. Eight years ago he started a wine club and has members throughout the UK. The feedback of these members adds to Brett’s understanding of people’s enjoyment of wine.
