Quentin's background in HR has spanned both large organisations such as the RAC, Scottish & Newcastle Breweries as well as supporting a wide range of SMEs at various stages of development. His roles have ranged from acting as a consultant to start up businesses, to Head Of Employment Relations through to HR Director in a venture capital backed business that grew from 3 to 600 employees in 2 years.

Projects he has been involved have included handling disciplinary and grievance hearings, site closures and relocations, implementing employee surveys, introducing new recruitment methods, managing the HR implications of business acquisitions ands disposals. In addition he currently provides support to a number of smaller businesses that need to create an HR infrastructure in terms of contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures. Quentin also sits as a member of the Employment Tribunal.

Quentin is used to working with organisations of all shapes and sizes. His style is to understand what is required and then work with business owners and leaders to help them to identify the particular solutions appropriate for their business, rather than imposing predefined answers and solutions.
